The BVF Committee realises that fencing can be an expensive sport and that not every member can afford to compete as often as they would like. For this reason the BVF has introduced a Hardship Fund.

Each year a few funded places will be available at BVF-run competitions for BVF members. Fencers who are financially struggling are invited to apply in complete confidence using the form below. The closing date will be a week before the competition date, when names will be drawn out of a hat. Fencers will be informed as soon as possible to let them know whether or not their application has been successful.
