A list of team captains will be announced who will be arranging teams.
DETAILS:
Venue: RAF Cosford, Albrighton WV7 3EX. Follow signs from M54 Exit 3.
Parking: Free on site. Parking will be signposted to large car park on left on approach to the entrance. The route to the fencing hall will be signposted.
Public Transport
Rail: Cosford is located on the Birmingham to Shrewsbury line (via Wolverhampton) then ½ mile walk. (there is no footpath alongside the road).
Please check timetable and with rail operators as Cosford station is unmanned with flights of steps from both platforms.

Timetable: See the separate timetable documents for each weapon: epee, foil, sabre. The timetable is slightly different this year - you have been warned!
It is NOT possible to fence in more than one weapon.
Kit: It is the responsibility of each fencer to ensure that personal equipment complies with British Fencing guidelines - page 10 table C.
Kit Sales: Should you have any fencing items that you wish to sell, please label them with your name and price – 10% to BVF funds. Please let Marcia know in advance.
Accommodation: Mercure Telford Centre, Forgegate, Telford Centre, Shropshire, TF3 4NA Rates are: £86 single B & B. £96 double B & B, Quote BVF when booking. There is a block booking of 50 rooms so do book as early as possible to ensure a room.
Dinner: There will be a Gala Dinner in the Telford Centre Hotel on Saturday evening priced at £30 per person. ALL FENCERS AND THEIR PARTNERS ARE WARMLY INVITED. Booking will open for the dinner on 15 August and close on 15 September. Please choose from the following menu:
